You know, if you are like me, you are about a million miles away from San Diego, or it feels like that sometimes. But, unless you live in Whatabuttistan, Iowa you probably have been to a comic con of some name and genre in your lifetime.
This month I am doing something a little different, I am going to make you actually earn your prize! As you can see, this is a Con Survival Pack (courtesy of our friends at Comet TV), complete with everything you need to make it through a comic con of any size or venue. Well, I can’t say that LEGALLY, I guess. I mean, if you get this gear and manage to die at the con, maybe it’s because you picked a fight with the wrong furry and you got mauled to death by some tweaker wearing Teddy Ruxpin. That’s on you pal! I make it a point to avoid that bear.
So, enough of that jazz, let’s get to what you want to know – HOW DO YOU WIN?
That’s simple, send in your email with some kind of proof of the last comic con you attended. The person that stands out the most gets the prize!!
You can send me your Instagram with you cosplaying at the Anime Iowa in Coralville, Iowa (that city is real) for all I care. Just figure out a way to send me proof that you do attend conventions from time to time, and the best submission, judged by Madison Monroe, Joshua Diaz, and myself, Rick Swift, will determine who gets the prize.
To enter for your chance to win, email firstname.lastname@example.org with “Con” as the subject. If you are the winner, we will contact you to get a valid mailing address.
Make sure you get your email AND PROOF that you attend CONS in by July 31st!
Remember, we are always doing cool giveaways with Comet TV. So, if you don’t win this time, please subscribe to FilmGrouch.com and don’t miss out on any of these giveaways!
Each (U.S. only) household is only eligible to win One prize pack via blog reviews and giveaways. Only one entrant per mailing address per giveaway. If you have won the same prize on another blog, you will not be eligible to win it again. Winner is subject to eligibility verification.
